Role Overview

They are seeking a Vice President within Life Sciences. The VP is responsible for setting and executing the overall direction of the business for their sector(s), and for directing the work of their team. VPs are extremely hands-on, and often oversee the work of consultants to offer direction and guidance in addition to managing relationships with clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a VP, you will be working directly with the partners, so will be getting direct mentorship in additional to formal training.

They are looking for someone who can demonstrate business development success within a management consulting context ad have an established network within the healthcare sector.

Person Specification

The ideal profile would be someone with 7-10 years of strategic consulting experience from Pharma and or Biotech, ideally from a leading healthcare consultancy firm plus a BA/BS from a top four-year university or college. An MBA, PhD or Masters is beneficial but not a dealbreaker. The role would suit someone already at VP or Director level within another consultancy.

Most people at the company have opted for a hybrid working model although there is a fully remote options available. They have brand new offices just off Oxford Street. Employees can choose when they come to the offices.

They are offering a very generous compensation package plus high level percentages for bonus ranges and revenue targets.
