UK Channel Sales Co-ordinator

Exciting Opportunity for someone with Distribution experience to take on a new role as a UK Channel Sales Co-Ordinator!

This is a fully remote based role focusing on distribution networks and building the business through different life science channels.

Channel Partner Management
- Ensure our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are used
- Candidate will be the direct contact person for our channel partners on all operational questions
- You will Monitor the lead development and lead conversion rates
- Plan and review meetings together with the General Sales Manager EUN
- Support channel partners on tenders and projects

Organizational Tasks
- Handling the whole ordering process from receipt to invoicing
- Coordination of purchase orders including schedule and deadline tracking
- Plan and execute marketing activities
- Responsible for maintaining the discount conditions in SAP and follow-up bonus agreements as well as handling bonus accounting
- Master Data Management in our SAP system

Supporting Tasks
- Support of Sales Coordinator and Inside Sales
- Contribute in keeping budget & cost targets
- Contribute to increase profitability in the team
- Contribute to identify cost optimization potential within the team
- Contribute to optimize processes within the team and the department

- Making sure set team goals are achieved
- Timely invoicing of orders and arranging credit notes if necessary
- Keep workplace communication constant - within the team, the department and the company
- Ensure steady & fast communication between our partners


Professional Experiences:
- Familiarity with distribution networks
- Bachelor's degree or commercial apprenticeship combined with professional experience is desired
- Experience with using an ERP system (ideally SAP module SD) essential
- Competent with Microsoft Office products is mandatory
- Fluency in written and spoken English in a professional context is mandatory, additional language skills in German is desired, knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
