Territory Manager

We are seeking a senior field-based territory manager to join our thriving UK subsidiary covering North/East London, Suffolk, Essex and Kent. The ideal candidate would reside on territory and have a proven track record for building relationships and meeting sales targets.

Job Spec:
- Calling on existing/new customers and generating increased sales via significant "on territory" travel
- Develop an in-depth technical understanding of AO's product portfolio and how it applies to the orthodontic office
- Achieve monthly/quarterly agreed individual sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations/presentations which help articulate AO's value proposition to its customers
- Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
- Verifying orders and customer details including logging orders into on-line system
- Update CRM on weekly basis
- Receive on-going training, support and coaching from your supervisor
- Other duties - projects as directed by Senior Management
- Occasional international travel to sales meetings and trade shows

- Passionate about sales and delighting the customer
- Excellent PC skills essential (Word/PowerPoint/Power Bi) and CRM competent
- Full Driver License
- Team player who is energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills and highly organised with a strong attention to detail
