JOB TITLE: Territory Manager - Endoscopy

TERRITORY:

PRODUCTS - Sports Medicine Surgical Devices - large, technical product range.

ROLE: Working to a business plan, the primary purpose is to maximise sales and profit of the key S&N brands through regular contact with target customers.

To achieve sales targets for defined territory.
Acquire, maintain and keep up-to-date an in-depth knowledge of the territory, including information on customers, business potential, purchasing protocols, competitor activity and market trends.
Continuously assess the territory and market to identify new business opportunities with existing customers and opportunities to add to the customer base.
To constantly develop selling skills through ongoing development programmes and field visits with Sales Managers and the Training Department.
To develop and implement a territory business plan in conjunction with your line manager.
To follow Company strategy, using approved marketing materials when dealing with customers.
To liaise with colleagues from other parts of S&N to ensure cross-business opportunities within the territory are maximised.
To hold clinical meetings/training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure the safe and effective use of S&N products.
