Excellent Opportunity for a Diagnostic Salesperson selling the companies highly prestigious and clinical impacting automation platforms within haematology and coagulation.


Role Overview

Territory: East Anglia
Products: Automation Platforms (haematology and coagulation)

You will be responsible for managing the customer experience and relationships to drive excellence and maximise customer satisfaction.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Providing day-to-day account management and contract issue resolution support to Customers.
- Delivering reviews including KPI performance reports.
- Managing and co-ordinating the resolution of technical service, product and application support issues at customer accounts.
- Identifying and delivering business development opportunities.
- Protect existing business.
- Deliver growth though development and diversification of business.
- Planning and forecasting.
- Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders and regional team members.
- Contract Management.


Person Specification


- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Previous Account Management or Sales experience (in the In Vitro Diagnostic industry)
- Experience working in the diagnostics space
- General knowledge in MS Office products
- Self-motivated mentality
- Complex data analysis
- Negotiation skills
