Are you an experienced field service engineer or current technical support engineer who wants to take on a vital role within a thriving organisation? Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be offering technical engineering support to current engineers, sales people and customers 80% of the time.

You would be responsible for all 1st line technical issues over the phone as well as further liaising with customers via remote dial in sessions and follow up calls and emails. This role will be working with a wide range of complex laboratory equipment ranging from chromatography to spectroscopy to x-ray diffraction.

Strong Field Service or Technical Support background with laboratory equipment.
