Support the successful delivery of Talent Acquisition support to all customers for all permanent and fixed term roles. Implement agreed recruitment strategies based on workforce plans in a systematic and planned way, providing a variety of recruitment solutions in a timely fashion. Support approved Recruitment strategies for allocated business area and perform against agreed recruitment KPIs. Add value to the recruitment process through continual feedback.

Manage online recruitment process, Recruitment policy requirements, Onboarding information, Recruitment System and HRCS requirements. Support adhoc face to face interviews for critical roles where required.

The role:

Policy & Process
-Identify areas for improvement to ensure that Talent Acquisition is fit for business needs
-Manage recruitment costs for assigned vacancies against the recruitment budget, ensuring appropriate procurement policy adherence and recruitment channels are correct
-Support Procurement with identification of external partners on PSL to support the business to place candidates and reduce Time to Hire
-Be compliant with all legislation and InHealth people and governance policies
-Understand Pre - employment check processes fully and engage with HRCS to resolve any issues for People Managers
-Maintain relevant recruitment records both electronically & hard copy
-Ensuring adherence to relevant polices and authorisations as required


Candidate Management/Systems
-Use and maintain the online Recruitment System (ATS), ensuring all support and training is undertaken and efficiencies are materialised
-Develop Talent pipelines for InHealth Group companies through interactions with Recruitment industry, seminars, networking, social media and research into resourcing effectively and efficiently
-Raise contract requests to HR Central Services within 24hrs of verbal offer
-Maintain a focus on using all sourcing channels proactively including job boards, social media in line with policies
-Proactively support and deliver high quality emerging talent/graduate assessments centres ensuring a best in class candidate experience
-Support and actively encourage candidates to share feedback during and after recruitment process to build brand identity on review forums such as Indeed and Glassdoor
-Maintain the quality of resourcing decisions ensuring structured and up to date job descriptions, person specifications, selection criteria, interview questions and the use of appropriate psychometric assessment for all roles managed. All evidence supporting resourcing decisions should stand up to scrutiny by a competent independent party
-Co-ordinate and support face to face and telephone interviews for critical roles
-Manage overseas recruitment drives using project planning tools in conjunction with HRBP and hiring managers
-Driving a direct sourcing strategy in line with the TA/Recruitment KPI's.


Stakeholders

-Enforce, train and support People Managers to follow the Company recruitment process and policy and develop own skills through regular feedback
-Be the SME for all queries regarding recruitment and the point of escalation for recruiting managers
-Develop effective relationships and new ways of working with key agencies and recruitment stakeholders
-Develop effective relationships with all recruiting people managers ensuring coaching and support of recruitment policy and process, transferring knowledge of manager expectations
-Partner with all external recruitment providers, advertising agencies and publications to deliver successful candidates for assigned roles in a timely manner
