Systems Integration Engineer - UK travel

Summary of Post:
The successful candidate must possess a HNC qualification, or equivalent experience, in Electronic/Electrical Engineering. Previous experience in large healthcare projects is desirable. UK travel is a requirement of this role and, therefore, applicants must possess a full, clean UK driving licence.
This is a varied and challenging role requiring an extremely organised individual with strong communication and relationship management skills. Strong analytical, organisational, decision making skills are also required.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete all aspects of the installation in line with project plans.
- Provide 1st & 2nd line telephone/remote/onsite support on the Portfolio.
- Managing breakdowns throughout the whole process within targeted response time.
- A competent understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit.
- Responsible for managing the Field Service reporting system ensuring all works are recorded in expected time frame.
- Ownership of the full service cycle in line with the business unit service strategy.
- Ability to communicate with all key stake holders both technical and none technical personnel regarding service, repair or installation process.
- Work collaboratively with other divisions within the organisation.
- Engaging and managing all existing/new customers to develop excellent working relationships.
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and management of future workload.
- Recognising and escalating potential sales opportunities.

Person specification:
- Experience within a field service / Project environment, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Ideally based within half an hour of the M25, however flexible with location for the right candidate
