Zenopa are working in partnership with a leading surgical respiratory devices company to recruit a new Territory Manager for East Anglia

TITLE: Surgical Territory Manager
REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Manager
Clients: Hospitals (surgical)

ROLE OUTLINE
To manage and develop the territory in line with company targets and provide customer service that will ensure sound long-term relationships with customers

Customer base includes:
Hospitals: Critical care; A&E, ICU and respiratory care units
Consultants, specialist nurses and technicians are the key customers

Responsibilities
* To formulate plans for the attainment of both sales and gross profit objectives of the territory.
* To build sound long-term relationships with customer and prospects to win respect and confidence
* To ensure that a professional image is projected at all times to both our internal and external customers.
* To resolve customer enquiries and / or complaints to our customers satisfaction within the scope of agreed company policy.
* To call on all customers involved in negotiations and communicate status with sales manager on an ongoing basis.
* To ensure that customers are informed of new products, special deals including current and forthcoming events.
* To report by the agreed time, in the agreed format, in a concise and relevant manner on all activities within your area.
