Support Engineer - Suitable for school leavers and apprentices

Location: Bedfordfordshire

The role: Be the first point of contact for all our customers service calls, provide remote support to resolve customer queries over the phone. Ensuring customer service levels are met, and that field engineers are supported.

This would be working for a well-known company within the medical imaging industry and this is a long term opportunity where you would grow within the company to take on more responsibilities, for example you could progress to take on higher level calls and fault escalations or you could take on a role which spends more time dealing with customers face to face and troubleshooting.

Candidate Requirements:
" Educated to A-Level or BTEC level, ideally in an Engineering, Science or Technical discipline
" Engineering experience desirable
" Desire to increase engineering knowledge
" Customer service orientation
" Excellent communication - telephone, verbal and written
" Adaptable and flexible

Salary: £20,000
Benefits: 10% OTE Performance Bonus, Pension (6% Employer Contribution, 3% Employee Contribution), Private Medical Cover, Life Assurance, 25 days holiday (exclusive of Bank Holidays)
