Strategic Account Manager

An Exciting Oppurtunity as a Strategic Account Manager with a market leading organisation.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to develop sales strategy for high profile accounts across the South East . You will be passionate about developing the business, establishing strong relationships with clients and keen to increase revenue. We are a strong company and we offer unrivalled opportunities. You will be selling a range of our Laboratory Services products including pipetting and dispensing solutions, balances, microbiology and filtration solutions and others |excluding capital equipment|.

You will be home based, ideally commutable between Oxford, London, Cambridge
What you will accomplish together with us:
Strategically developing and managing a range of accounts within the life sciences sector
Working alongside distributors to assist them in promoting at the higher level
Working closely with decision makers, spotting opportunities and expanding our reach
Expanding your networks and selling | upselling additional products and services
Closely collaborating with other Account Managers and sales and technical teams
Passing on leads and exchanging information
Negotiating deals in collaboration with other parts of the business in order to provide the best value for the client and to expand our services

Person Spec
Strong sales experience in biotech | pharma industry, with experience in handling large accounts at the strategic level
A degree in life sciences or equivalent; higher level qualification would be beneficial
Capable of working with stakeholders at the senior level
Highly focused on providing a holistic solution to clients
Very collaborative internally and externally
Results orientated - motivated by winning orders and hitting targets
