Products: IT SoftwareLocation: Office based in Sunderland, remote working and 25% UK wide travel
To ensure all software and hardware used in combination with the companies products is designed, tested, and implemented to the highest standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in installation, configuration, and customer support• Product Management of the companys flagship software
• Coordinating all new feature requirements with Technical services / Sales / Marketing
Person Specification
• Knowledge of Windows networking• Knowledge of IT hardware
• Working knowledge of database setup and maintenance (Microsoft SQL / Access)
• Excellent communication Skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Understanding of NHS IT processes (desirable)
