Service & Installation Co-Ordinator - Chessington
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing medical company that offers excellent career progression and has a fantastic culture. The company distribute products within both the medical and dental sector, areas include ENT & Gynae.
The main focus of the role will be to provide support to customers and the
Service division, including processing Service Contract & Repair orders and
full management of the install process.
-Manning Service Department telephone.
-First line Support for customer queries, and general service enquiries.
-Imputing data into the Sales force CRM system.
-Ordering all spare parts for customers and internal service team.
-Processing all service contract purchase orders (adding to salesforce).
-Invoicing customer for non-contract chargeable service visits.
-Checking paperwork submitted internally within the office before
archiving or sending out.
-Quoting Customers for any potential manufactures repairs that needs to
be undertaken and getting authorisation for work to go ahead.
-Chase up equipment that has been sent to manufactures for repairs to
ensure a prompt turn around.
-Making sure any service consumable stock is available, ordering service
reports documents and labels.
-Assisting in the Warehouse as and when needed. Preparing all post.
-Coordinate the installation process liaising with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Experience within a similar role
- Someone who can work on multiple tasks at one time.
- Hard working and very methodical in approach to manage several tasks.
- Driven and looking to progress within a growing organisation
- Need to be based within 45 minutes from Chessington.
