We have a new opportunity with a Family owned, Life Science OEM that specialise on incubator shakers, bioreactors and wide range of general laboratory equipment based in Cambridge, Oxford and London.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform on site PM service, repair and installs
- Deliver training on proper use of equipment
- Document and report customer interactions
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any required actions
- Maintain an inventory of equipment and stock
- Attend ongoing training at our head office in Switzerland and training centre in Spain
- Organize recalibration of testing equipment

Person Specification

- Engineering experience of at least 2 years
- Fault Finding experience of at least 1 year
- Knowledge of IQOQ validation would be advantageous
- Knowledge of GMP would be advantageous
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills: ability to understand how equipment works and use sound technical judgement to identify and solve mechanical problems
- Microsoft Office skills are a must
- Physically able to install and move equipment using a pallet truck
- Bend, squat, kneel, reach, or climb a step ladder while using small hand tools and installing parts
- Excellent interpersonal skills (in person, telephone, and email)
- Effective communicator both written and verbal
- Customer focussed
- Flexible and adaptable
- Driving licence

Package

- Salary dependant on experience
- Car allowance of £600 per month
- Pension - 7% er, 3% ee
- Full training provided
