Working for a growing supplier of Veterinary Dental Equipment!
It is suitable for applicants with experience working as a Service Engineer within the Dental industry (preferred), however, the company will also consider applicants with experience servicing equipment from outside of the sector (such as jukeboxes, gaming machines, ATMs, white goods, coffee machines, refrigeration).
Products: Dental Units, Instruments and X-rays
Region: South-West/West Midlands/M4 corridor (overnight stays around 2-3 nights per month on average)
Role responsibilities:
- Performing service and installation work on a wide range of Dental Equipment and X Ray Equipment
- Build excellent quality relationship with customers
- Work closely on key technical equipment, gaining expertise to become a subject matter expert
- Work with varying levels of stakeholders within the organisation to complete work tasks
- Attend company meetings, training, exhibitions and sales events to keep abreast of the market and technologies.
- Train Vets and nurses how to use equipment to a high level
- Assist in setting up and managing Wet lab training with in the sales area when needed
- Carry out duties to ensure compliance with the company's Health and Safety policy
Person Specification:
- Experience working as an Engineer on Dental equipment is preferred
- The company will also consider applicants with experience servicing equipment from outside of the healthcare sector (such as jukeboxes, gaming machines, ATMs, white goods, coffee machines, refrigeration)
- Electrical bias and formal engineering qualifications preferred
