Service Coordinator & Administrator based in Milton Keynes
(Full time, 40 Hours)

In this varied role you will be responsible for planning the workload of UK Engineers. You will be a point of contact for customer enquiries as well as supporting the field based engineers. You will work closely with the helpdesk and sales team in delivering high quality aftersales support.

Summary of Key duties:

- Routine planning of Service Engineers, taking into account, customer priority, location and engineer expertise
- Manage and organise emergency call outs until resolution
- Preparing, sending & modifying Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Perform customer satisfaction reviews
- Renewal of customer support & maintenance agreements
- Sending out of service reports to customers and following up on outstanding actions
- Ensuring parts are arranged and delivered on-site ready for allocated ‘job’
- Administrative support to the sales & service organisation
- Liaising with customers and colleagues on a daily basis

Person specification - your background:

- Proactive & adaptable individual who works well under pressure
- Experienced in planning within a technical / service environment
- Good experience in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to write professional emails and letters
- High attention to detail
- An interest in science and technology desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience of liaising directly with clients
- Occasional travel to the Netherlands may be required
