TERRITORY: South West

PRODUCTS: Service Contracts

CUSTOMERS: Procurement, EBME, Endoscopy, Theatre.

REPORTS TO: Service Contracts RSM

This post is responsible for the direct sales and management of Service Contracts dedicated to supporting the medical product range. Responsible for a defined territory the role involves account management of existing multi-year agreements as well as negotiation of new agreements.

• A competent understanding of the Service Contract portfolio.
• Ownership of the full sales cycle in line with the business unit sales strategy.
• Managing sales opportunities to successful completion.
• Developing and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasting
• Effective planning to maximise efficiency & customer activity.
• Develop and deliver customer sales presentations as per customer requirements
• Sales activity in a clinical environment, including meetings & presentations
• Negotiate effectively at senior level in directorate & procurement functions
• Work collaboratively to ensure a one company approach to our customers.
• Developing and managing positive customers relationships
• Mange internal and external stakeholder relationships
• In line with business unit strategy take ownership and professionally represent the organisation at exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings.
