Senior Service Engineer

An exciting opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer of laboratory equipment used in pharmaceutical, academia, environmental and food & beverage laboratories. The company have been established for nearly 90 years and have a great reputation for product quality and employee focus.
This is a Senior Service Engineer vacancy, responsible for customer sites across the East Anglia/South-East region. Experience servicing and repair of laboratory equipment is required.

- Carry out field based technical support, repairs, planned maintenance, installations and basic trainings.
- As a senior member of the team, propose and carry out improvement and development measures.
- Work closely with the regional Sales Specialist ( telephone calls and some joint visits) to ensure customer satisfaction, maximise the territory's total revenue (new systems and after-market) and deliver excellent quality customer service.
- Predominately territory based, but occasional travel within the UK to support the wider business if required.
- Work supportively and closely with internal stakeholders UK Service, to ensure that the company delivers high quality products and the high quality service that is represented by the brand.
Experience working in a laboratory environment as a Field Service Engineer
