Zenopa are recruiting exclusively for a newly created Senior Sales Manager position.
This is a newly created Senior Commercial Management position to drive forward to formative business units, one in Unlicensed Medicines & the other in Hospital Contracts (Branded, Generic, PI).

Candidates will ideally have:
- In depth knowledge of the NHS, especially hospitals.
o Proven track record in sales and managing a team
o A wealth of contacts within NHS supplies, CMU's, PDIG, Pharmacy procurement.
- A self-starter, somebody that demonstrates a true passion for taking forward and leading a team. The need to demonstrate a true business acumen, because they will be involved in all aspects of the business and cannot be phased by accounts, budgeting, personnel matters, marketing, procurement etc. This person will be business-savvy, more than just customer-facing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a people's person, who can demonstrate a willingness to manage and extract the best from their team. They will need to be involved and lead by example and from experience.

This role will be responsible for managing the commercial sales channel for Unlicensed, Branded, Generic & PI portfolios. The individual will be managing existing accounts, generating new relationships with key NHS decision makers (Regional/National Procurement, Hospital Contacts, Tenders) and sitting on the Senior Management team to partake in key Commercial decisions.

The client area ideally looking for someone with senior sales experience managing key hospital relationships, negotiating tenders and also experience in a Senior Commercial role within Healthcare (Commercial Management or Line Management).

This will be a remote based role with minimal time spent at head office, some international travel will be required.
