Senior Account Manager
Zenopa are excited to be working with a collaborative and ambitious Health Communications and Medical Education agency based in West London, who are currently looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to join their PR team and assist them with their development.
This agency works primarily for pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer health companies and the team have worked on a wide variety of therapy areas including Cardiovascular, Rare diseases, immunology, oncology and ophthalmology - to name but a few.
They are looking for a Senior Account Manager with excellent account-handling skills to join their PR team, who will take pride in delivering high-quality communications programmes, setting the standard in quality and client services.
The key responsibilities of this role will be to manage client accounts and projects, develop effective communications materials, ensure excellent quality control from your account teams, serve as day-to-day client contact on key projects, track budgets across your accounts and participate in new business proposals through research and development.
This agency values a work/life balance - they have a 7.5 working day with lite-flex start and finish times, meaning employees can come in any time between 8am and 10am and finish between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. Additionally, they offer flexible hybrid working.
