Role Overview

Territory: South UK
Products: Cellular and Molecular Biology

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•  Responsible for one direct report (Technical Sales Specialist)
•  Promotion and selling a range of products
•  Developing excellent business relationships with customers
•  Mentor and leadership of junior Territory Managers
•  Maintain and develop an excellent working knowledge of all promoted products
•  Development and implementation of sales strategies
•  Responsible for appropriate investment of budget expenditure
•  Provide positive and constructive collaboration & communication with both internal & external customers
•  Identify and follow up on business potential and opportunities including organising and running meetings.
•  Timely and accurate fulfilment of Sales Administration duties


Person Specification

•  Minimum of a BSc in a Life Science subject
Experience with Clinical Diagnostics
Strong commercial background
•  Goal orientated, independent and commercially driven.
•  Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
•  Strong negotiation skills
