This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing digital dental company. We are looking for an energetic, motivated and high performing sales manager, who is looking to make a difference in the orthodontics and dental world.

dental care. This new virtual suite of exciting suite of AI solutions will revolutionize the way patients are treated in dental/orthodontic practices around the world. We aim to be the full end to end Artificial Intelligence platform for dentistry.

We are looking for a strong, talented and driven sales leader to head up our business and team in France. The position will be ideally situated in a major city in France, with easy connections to the head office to Paris. The successful candidate will report directly to the European Sales Director, and will be primarily responsible for executing a strategic plan to exceed sales targets, guiding, supporting and building a successful sales team, creating long lasting customer and KOL relationships and maximising the untold potential of this ground-breaking company and its AI solutions/products.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Understanding the value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho
• practice workflow
• Create and execute a strategic plan to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
• Expansion of the direct sales, DSO /chains, insurance and DTC market
• Build, motivate, develop and retain a high performing, industry benchmark sales team
• Manage underperformance effectively and appropriately
• Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and critical issues
• Attend trade shows, both local and international
• Feedback to the senior management team on market trends
• KOL development and working with the team to generate and drive educational events

The successful candidate will possess:

• Proven success/sales executive track record of sales achievements and managing high
• performing teams
• A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach, and how to instill this
• approach in to your team
• A background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho desirable
• A minimum of 2-3 years in a sales management level role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire your team & co-workers
• A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
• The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
• Native French speaker with high level of English
• Solid understanding of the DSO & insurance structure and approach would be highly desirable
