Role Overview

Zenopa are working exclusively on a great opportunity to join a thriving forward-thinking Leadership team as they continue their successful growth plan into 2023 and beyond.

The Sales Manager will help expand the commercial business unit through Business Development and effective Account Management across their wholesale and Parallel Imports segments.

This is a National role with a flexible requirement to be at South East Head Office (perhaps twice a week)

This role would suit someone with a successful track record within Wholesalers or a successful Pharmaceutical KAM who could utilise their account management skills into this exciting opportunity.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

•  Support, plan and implement the commercial strategy
•  Deliver on key sales KPIs
•  Support portfolio development to our markets
•  Analyse & manage new business leads and opportunities to deliver future business growth
•  Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers & accounts


Person Specification

•  Business Development/commercial management, ideally within pharma/wholesale/FMCG
•  GMP/GXP aware
•  Commutable to the office/warehouse at least 2 days a week, ideally more
•  Aspiring Director to grow within an evolving fast paced group of companies
•  Team player, our company is based on rolling up selves and getting stuck in
•  Exposure to dealing with private hospitals or wholesalers/suppliers
•  Extensive business development management experience
