Sales Executive

We are recruiting for an exciting Sales Specialist role to travel across the UK for a growing medical device company.

Job Title: Sales Executive
Reporting to: Head Of Sales
Location: UK - Field Based Role

The successful candidate will learn and grow as a Sales Professional by following a trainee programme where you will receive excellent training. You will go through full product training as well as ongoing support through online and mentoring from individuals who are currently in field based roles. Once you have completed your training you will have responsibility for selling handheld ultrasound devices within the NHS, Private Sector and also Veterinary Markets. Lead Generation will also be a key part of the role, with these being fed back to the Head of Sales to action.

Job summary:
• You will form part of a well-established territory sales team, with further support provided from teams in head office i.e Marketing, Commercial Support and Commercial Excellence.
• You will be solely responsible for generating your own leads and appointments, as well as fact finding for possible new service contract opportunities. Feedback will be reported to the to the Head of Sales during monthly sales review meetings.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• As the Sales Specialist, you will work with your customers and look to meet the changing demands of modern Ultrasound Scanning.
• Customer Relationships and people development are fundamental to the success of this role. When you are both confident and ready, there will be an expectation to attend live clinics and be on hand to offer expert product advice to healthcare / veterinary professionals.
• To update systems accurately and on time, in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ad hoc tasks as required.

Your target markets will be Veterinary, NHS and private scanning Clinics.

• Full and clean UK driving license - extensive travel will be required, with overnight stays as required to ensure customer service levels are met.
