Job Title: Sales Executive (Lead Generation)
Location: Hove
Division: Dental
Key Tasks
· Research, compile and maintain lists of prospective customers through marketing campaigns, to identify and generate leads
· Discover detailed information about prospective clients to focus and segment sales and marketing activities
· Follow up prospects who have responded to marketing and advertising campaigns
· Contact potential or existing customers where directed to up sell products and services
· Provide support and develop sales initiatives to meet targets
· Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to marketing/advertisements/promotional events
· Generate leads through contacting potential clients through call lists
· Contact prospective clients via post, telephone and email to promote products and services and generate appointments for the Sales team within the target market
· Create demo appointments and other sales
· Maintain lists of prospective customers
· Assist with monitoring and encouraging clients who have received contracts
· Carry out client reviews for the purpose of retention
· Conduct a free-flowing sales conversation based around a key set of product points
· Identify and 'get past' the gatekeeper to get through to the decision maker or influencer
· Document, track and monitor all leads and activities on internal database
· Produce basic sales reports as directed
· Keep accurate records, on call logs and lead sheet
· Conduct customer and marketing surveys

· Ideally software background
