We are looking for a proactive, hungry and driven sales person with a proven background in achieving sales targets from a SaaS/online or marketing promotions background. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your current skill set through training and mentoring from the sales leader and wider team and position your career within our cutting edge technology platform servicing the Dentistry and wider Healthcare industries.
Location: Hove, East Sussex

What the role involves;
You will be required to sell a portfolio of digital content products that include HR software, to a number of nurtured leads that come through proven lead generation processes i.e. live events, email/google marketing, plus your own research, to deliver software demonstrations. This role is target based on the number of leads that are converted into actual sales. The selling will be both phone and face to face based.
Main Responsibilities
· Develop an in-depth knowledge of our full range of services and convey that knowledge to potential customers to achieve sales
· Research, compile and maintain lists of prospective customers through our marketing campaigns, to identify and generate leads
· Contact customers to arrange demonstrations, follow up on sales and communicate product information
· Represent the Company at seminars and trade fairs as required

Person specification:
· At least 1-2 years' experience working in a reputable company ideally with a focus on digital content, software as a service or marketing promotions. We are looking for consistency in your CV.
· Proven achieved sales targets that you can clearly demonstrate your part in the overall sales cycles and attribution to revenue.
· Able to cross sell different products and understand KPIS for each product and sales cycle.
· Ideally an interest in the Dental and Healthcare industries.
· Be assertive and self-driven to achieve sales and commission payments
· Have strong written and verbal communication skills
· Be able to demonstrate a reactive and adaptive sales style
· Have experience in delivering sales pitches and presentations both online and face to face
· Be adaptable, resilient and results driven
· Have experience of consultative sales processes
· A fun team player that enjoys the buzz of selling
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, you might occasionally need to provide demos outside of these hours. There will also be ocassional regional events and exhibitions that occur outside of these hours.
