Our client is recruiting for a Sales Director (EMEA Central) to manage a field based team of sales professionals to ensure both country-level and sub-regional plans are achieved, requested by the VP EMEA Sales. Exceeding and meeting commercial expectations is an essential requirement of this role and this will be done through sales reports, monitoring progression in the sub-regions and good communication with the wider team.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Build cross functional EMEA Central-regional and country-specific pods with other commercial leaders to ensure customer centric focus in delivering to targetsPerson Specification
>5 years track record as a Sales leader in genomics or equivalent fieldPackage
