Sales Development Representative - Biotechnology
This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The mission for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to make the first connection with prospective clients. The SDR will focus on territory and pipeline development. The Sales Development Representative (MDR) will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into accounts.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Inbound lead qualification
· Daily integration with Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SFDC and Outreach to ensure all prospects are properly managed
· Research, communicate and qualify all prospects converting them to the next stage of the sales funnel
· Achieve monthly appointment quota through proactive outbound phone calls, emails and other tactics

Requirements of the Technical Sales Specialist:
· B.S., B.A., or equivalent in sales, marketing, sciences, or related field.
· 2+ years of minimum lead generation experience using the phone, email, and social media platforms
· Dynamic telephone presence
· Experience with Personal Computers: basic experience with various operating systems (Windows, Macintosh), Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, SalesForce, SharePoint.
