We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a market leading clinical diagnostics company, to drive the performance of the sales team and wider business for the UK. This global healthcare company produce life-saving protein therapies for patients, with three primary divisions - Bioscience, Diagnostic, and Hospital.

The position would hold responsibility for…
- Diagnostics sales performance for the UK.
- Management of the UK Diagnostics team (x4) field based.
- Sales & Marketing in line with strategic objectives.

Duties of the role include…
- Drive the UK top-line sales performance for the company's diagnostic division product lines through effective coordination, training and allocation of Country field force resources and personnel.
- Works collaboratively with the Commercial Director.
- Perform Marketing activities and initiatives to ensure sales performance KPI is met or exceeded.
- Ensures that all Company/Diagnostics reporting is completed for the UK business.
- Analysis and profitability of business tenders and Managed Services.
- Manage spend within budgets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with KOL's, key customers.
- Manage relations with Key interfaces (beyond line management) including: Regional Marketing, Local Technical Service (GS&T), Local and Regional Finance, Compliance and the local UK GON organization (functions such as Customer Services, Quality, Legal support and Human Resources).
- Manage sales team use of Salesforce CRM.
- Manage sales team SMART objectives and measurement against targets.

Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of working in a Management role
- 3+ years of performing Marketing activities
- 3+ years of working in a Diagnostic Sales environment
- Positive, energetic, gets the job done, leads by example
- Degree in a Biosciences or Biotech

- Management qualification, Sales qualification/training, Marketing qualification
