Rental Sales Specialist / Account Manager

TERRITORY: Kent, North London, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk
PRODUCTS: Bariatric, Early Mobilisation, Critical Care and Patient Handling products

In this exciting role, you be take responsibility for maximising revenue and margin growth in line with UK Rental targets, requiring individuals with motivation, drive and the ability to own their business.

The key duties will include:
· Strategic Focus on introducing and growing specialist and ad hoc rental revenue through our range of Specialist products within the NHS and private sector target accounts.
· Work co-dependently with the Specialist Rental Team to identify new opportunities for rentals and grow existing rental business.
· Work towards signing rental agreements with NHS Trusts & Health Boards for Arjo Specialist products.
· Grow and maintain a level of specialist clinical knowledge (e.g. ergonomic / tissue viability) in order to support specialists in the acute care sector and conduct assessments which are essential to meet contractual requirements in long-term care.

Skills and Experience:
· Proven success in the Sales/Rental field with a customer and patient focus.
· Experience of selling into the NHS is a distinct advantage.
· Experience of patient handling/patient assessment - advantageous but not essential
