Regulatory & Operations Support

Do you have previous experience within compliance/regulatory affairs?
This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing medical device company based in Chessington with a fantastic culture!

The successful candidate will be reporting to the managing director and be responsible for all company operations and regulatory requirements, excluding finance issues. Regular communication and support with all departments to fulfil all operation activity.

Key Tasks:

- IT security/control within the company.
- Salesforce Training to all personnel.
- Assist in the management of all ISO related matters.
- Provide support for all pre purchase documentation which requires completion.(PPQ's, CE certifications, user manuals, service manuals)
- Management of MHRA.
- Management of Cyber Essentials accreditation.
- Maintain all systems/updates.
- Management of all Price Lists.
- Reporting of Sales data for all relevant Frameworks.
- Management of all Supplier files.
- Manage all Regulatory affairs.
- Provide support to staff on all administrative functions as and when required.
- Management of all Health & Safety.
- MIA/DAB Registration.

Candidate requirements:
- Experience within compliance/regulatory affairs
- Knowledge of MHRA
- Full driving licence
This is a full time office based role in Chessington, 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
