Zenopa are working exclusively with Trudell Medical International to recruit a Regional Sales Manager into a newly created role covering the north of the UK

TITLE: Regional Sales Manager
REPORTS TO: UK Sales Director
PRODUCTS: Trudell supply the pharmaceutical and health care industry with branded medical products and solutions to help ease the burden that respiratory challenges bring to patients and their caregivers.

JOB PURPOSE
The Regional Sales Manager will manage and lead the Territory Sales Managers to drive strong sales growth with direct market access actions with STPs and CCGs of the NHS. Develop and implement direct sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets, develop stakeholder relationships, evaluate new business opportunities and capitalize on growth opportunities.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Trudell are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:
- Extensive experience in in a senior sales or marketing position in pharmaceutical products or medical devices, including physician detailing and hospital and / or key account pharmacy promotion on a Regional basis with a proven sales track record
- Previous experience of managing a direct sales team
- Sales experience with a respiratory portfolio of products is an asset
- Solid understanding of NHS and healthcare market, regulatory environment and sales and marketing best practices
- Strong business analysis skills

1st - Skype interview with HR and Global Sales Director
2nd - Recruitment day in London to include presentations
