Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Specialist, your focus is on high-activity sales development to increase the quantity of new customers and enhance existing relationships. Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, deep product knowledge, and daily engagement with a minimum of three customers. Maintain the CRM, represent the company at events, and manage company assets. Collaborate with field personnel, adhere to pricing and operational guidelines, and embrace flexibility for additional tasks. Join us in contributing to our client's sales success and growth.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

-Implement sales methodologies for quantity, direction, and quality in diverse sectors
-Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Shimadzu products, highlighting features and benefits
-Optimize time and travel to engage with a minimum of 3 customers daily
-Maintain the CRM database and represent the company at events
-Uphold a positive company image and ensure professionalism in interactions
-Maintain company assets, including a company car, laptop, iPhone, and iPad
-Collaborate with field personnel, such as Technical Specialists and Service Engineers
-Adhere to pricing and operational guidelines set by the company
-Undertake additional tasks as required by the company

Person Specification

-A Chemistry Degree (or similar) is essential as is the need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a burning desire for sales achievement.
-Experience around HPLC, GC, LC and Spectroscopy experience
-UK driving Licence


Package

-Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
-Bonus ranging from £7000-£10,000k OTE
-Company car
-Fuel allowance, can opt out of personal fuel allowance
