PRODUCTS: Patient handling & moving equipment

This high visibility, hands on role is focussed on leading the Regional Business Development teams and Client Assessment teams. This role will be responsible for delivering the commercial performance by managing key market relationships with; Local Authorities, Community Equipment Stores, Distributors, Equipment Store Operators and Project Development companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Develop and drive the annual sales plan to deliver the business objectives; contractual & product supply
- Maintain appropriate market relationships to effect the sales plan
- Directly manage key strategic accounts to ensure their growth, well-being and continued revenue contributions
- Provide regular market intelligence; competitors, market dynamics and customer needs
- Drive the communication of the value propositions into the market
- Organise and coordinate multi-functional teams around key market opportunities

KEY SKILLS:
- Productive and experienced C suite operator
- At least 5 years' experience in a business management role
- Experience of building appropriate and effective networks, both internal and external for the benefit of the Group.
- Leading, coaching and managing employees and direct reports.
- Evidence of continued and evolving success in a results driven environment
