Role Overview
Role Responsibilities:
At Zenopa we are always looking for experienced Recruiters to join the team. We have many opportunities available to join one of our teams; Science, Pharmaceutical, Medical/Dental, HealthCare Communications and Engineering. We have recently expanded our development opportunties, further allowing you to specalise in any given area; Resourcing, Recruiting, Business Development, Account Management, Client Relationships. The role is target based with a mix of financial targets and activity targets. It will be based on activity driven by contact with client and candidates and results - i.e. billings.
You will manage your own accounts and client base, and work towards your own targets. The role is very team focused, and you will be expected to help your colleagues out when necessary.
Training / Support Available:
- Quarterly: Business review with line manager
- Annual: Appraisal / development plan review
- Ongoing: Access to internal coaching and external training, in line with our company mission statement.
Person Specification
Minimum of 1-4 years recruitment experience, with an excellent track record.
Have a degree or science A Levels (Preferable)

Basic Salary- £28,000-£40,000 (DOE)
Excellent uncapped commission scheme
