Covering the following locations: Twickenham

Purchasing assistant- preparation of purchase orders, invoices, quotations and data entry.
Office Administrator – general office administration support as required.
Office based, Hounslow.

Main Duties:
1. Purchasing activities of components for AEL manufactured products, in compliance with ISO 13485.
2. Sourcing, purchasing, logistics management of parts for resale, including liaising with the customer (Adtec group company).
3. Administrative / Back-office support for other AEL departments, including but not limited to order administration for Sales and logistics support for Tech.
4. AEL database entry.
5. Logistics, including managing suppliers, handling customs formalities and troubleshooting deliveries where necessary.

Reports to Managing Director of AEL, some direct liaison with Japan head office colleagues.
