Zenopa are recruiting an experienced Project Manager (Account Manager) for a growing agency within the Medical Education market. We are currently working with a boutique medical education agency - they are currently about 20 headcount so each hire is essential from a team growth and a cultural point of view!

They need another strong Project Manager (AM/SAM) to come in and be responsible for one or number of their pharma clients and/or the society, overseeing live and digital events and content programmes from conception through to final delivery.




Role Overview

They do a range of Medical Education projects but the main thing that they focus on at the moment is running Events (virtual and live). The work they undertakes comprises of content generation, digital and live events management and other content initiatives.

They work across many therapy areas, lots of cardiology and also neuro, oncology, rare diseases and have just won a new account in gene therapy too. They run a flat structure and are looking for someone who always makes a contribution - they want someone who can come in add lots of value but also know that they're opinion is valued and they have a chance to be part of how the team and culture evolves!


Person Specification

They're looking for someone who:
- has previous project management experience or marketing experience in health sector.
- has the ability to understand pharma product direction and HCP learning needs
- has the ability to work from Veeva Promo Mats (ideally) or other pharma approval systems
