This is a hugely rewarding opportunity for a technically-focused Product Manager to work with a multi-award winning manufacturer of some of the world's most advanced prosthetic technology.

If you are interested in driving innovation to help people achieve mobility and long-term wellness, have a background in working with manufacturing teams to commercialise exciting new poroducts and experience in a marketing/product management role, then this role could be what you are looking for!

Working closely with manufacturing/R&D, you will be a key interface in the development and commercialisation of new prosthetic products, managing the full lifecyle from inception to delivery. You will ideally have an engineering, manufacturing or medical device product development background, combined with the ability to build relationships with key customers in the NHS and military.

Competitive salary dependent on experience
Car allowance £660 per month
1pm finish on Friday afternoons

Person Profile

Previous experience working as a self-sufficient Product Manager, within the medical device industry is essential. Experience of the commercial management of a portfolio of products from a manufacturing perspective is also advantageous.

We are ideally looking for someone who is dynamic, creative and passionate about doing a great job. You will be flexible in your approach, with the ability to work independently, as well as part of an effective team. The ability to collaborate and build strong interpersonal relationships is important.

You will have strong customer orientation, be commercially astute and be able to manage projects successfully through to completion. You will also be highly numerate and have the capability to critically analyse data effectively.

Interview Process

Two stages: first stage telephone call with line manager followed by face-to-face interview.
