PRODUCTS: Cleaning, Disinfection & Sterilisation

Job Description:
To work closely with the General Manager (GM), Regional Business Head (RBH) and salesforce to analyse the market for Medical devices within the Cleaning, Disinfection & Sterilisation (CDS) product portfolio. Partnering with the General Manager to support the creation and dissemination of an effective marketing and sales strategy and implementing this to achieve the greatest return on investment from resources. Coordinating product lifecycle management for the portfolio, including product introduction and discontinuation, delivery of product related training to the salesforce and customer base, and planning / sales forecasting.

Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
Analytical approach with the ability to present complex information in a structured, simple and balanced way
Minimum 12 months experience in Medical Device related product management and/or marketing and/or sales (36 months desirable)
Prior experience in a decontamination related discipline or a background in microbiology would be advantageous
Higher level education in a related discipline would be advantageous
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Full driving licence
Positive attitude
Solution provider - able to work independently using initiative to solve complex problems
Capable of working effectively as part of a team
Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
