We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our Pharma clients for a Product Launch Project Manager on a permanent headcount opportunity.

The Product Launch Project Manager will have responsibility for the delivery of all product pipeline projects from product identification up to commercial product launch. You will lead the entire process of commercial launch, to include the initial phase post launch.

Responsibilities include:

· Project planning, management, co-ordination cross functionally, reporting and delivery of a range of projects including in-licensed, development and portfolio optimisation.
· Develop tool and metrics which can be used across projects for future launches
· Implement and manage effective and efficient processes post commercial launch for the successful integration of the product into the DPL portfolio
· Track progress of project activities, ensuring key development milestones agreed upon are achieved, and ensuring project proceeds based on the agreed timeline
· Lead and build cross-functional project teams comprising of representatives from relevant functions

What my client is looking for:

· Ideally Pharmaceutical Project Management background
· track record of success & experience in New Product Introductions (NPI), preferably within the OTC pharmaceutical sector
· Experience of marketing within OTC sector desirable
· A proven track record of sales within OTC/GSL products
· Experience in launch of new products to market and associated marketing/PR campaigns
· Ideally experience of account management in retail & wholesale pharmacy, together with grocery multiples
· Familiarity with the Drug Development Process
