Role Overview

As a Principal Medical Writer you will have the opportunity to take a leadership role in creating educational content for healthcare professionals and patients.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and scientifically accurate medical education materials.
2. Strategy: Lead the development of educational strategies for various projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with industry standards.
3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on medical content and education.
4. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical writers, fostering their professional growth.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all medical content produced by the team.
6. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and educational trends to inform the development of cutting-edge content.

Person Specification

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical field (advanced degree preferred).
•  Proven experience as a senior medical writer
•  Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Leadership experience or the potential to step up into a leadership role.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
