A Territory Sales Managers primary role is to increase the sales volume for the business, but they are also responsible for creating new business opportunities, ensure all customers’ needs and requirements are met. They work as a go between for clients and company headquarters, representing the company within their allocated area, and updates are given back to the company through reports and presentation’s on how they are performing.
Territory Managers are goal orientated, and inspiriting leaders, and depending on the size of the company, may be asked to conduct train within their job role.
