The role:
Business development roles tend to include researching potential new clients and then look into building a relationship with the client. Setting up meetings and planning pitches and proposals are normally involved in achieving this. There will also be a small element of growing the revenue with existing customers. This could be through face to face meetings, or catch up calls to make them aware of any new products or services that could benefit their experience.
