Operations Manager (H2H)

Zenopa are recruiting for an Operations Manager position within a growing Healthcare company.

Our client is seeking a candidate with a healthcare background with experience achieving key business objectives, accountable for leading and managing staff effectively. Key responsibilities include:

· Overall responsibility to ensure agreed performance standards are adhered to and ensuring operational effectiveness
· You will have responsibility for the client's 'super-user' system support for internal and external customers, including report development, issue resolution and continuous improvement solutions.
· Be the Subject Matter Expert, participating in pitch presentations, Site Operations meetings and contract review meetings as required.
· Actively participate in developing the service and technical requirements of future delivery
· Be well versed in GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and PID (Patient Identifiable Data) process
