Ketchum has appointed Fran Cavanagh as head of research and analytics in London. Ms Cavanagh brings experience from her pervious post at iProspect London, as head of their data science practice, and also from the UK Home Office where she was a senior insight manager, leading open source intelligence, designing research and evaluating the success of communications campaigns. At Ketchum she will be responsible for spearheading the company’s analytics strategy and implementation in London.
