Synergy Vision names new CEO and managing director

Synergy Vision has restructured its management team with the appointment of Ffyona Dawber as its new global chief executive officer (CEO).

In this new international role, Ms Dawber will focus on achieving further global leverage for the agency across its three offices in London, Dublin and Sydney, following considerable growth for the business in 2017.

Coinciding with this appointment, Eileen Gallagher has been promoted to the post of managing director, recognising the success she enjoyed in her previous role as executive director, as well as her significant pharmaceutical and agency experience.

She will be tasked with handling the day-to-day operation and management aspects of the London-based business, having been with the organisation since its foundation in 2007.

Ms Dawber said: "The management restructure provides us with the opportunity to continue to strengthen relationships with existing clients, while further diversifying our client base with the addition of new companies and accounts to our growing, international portfolio."

Synergy Vision was able to secure seven new client accounts in 2017 and delivered almost 200 projects across ten countries. The new management structure will support continued international growth and diversification of the agency's existing client base.
