Reckitt Benckiser has announced its financial results for the 2017 business year, during which it generated a net revenue total of GBP 11.51 billion.
This represented a year-on-year increase of 21 percent, with its fourth-quarter revenue total coming to GBP 3.29 billion up by 25 percent on Q4 2016. This significant rise was driven in large part by the impact of the recent acquisition of Mead Johnson Nutrition.

The firm was able to make good progress in 2017 with the integration of the Mead Johnson business, resulting in better-than-expected synergy and helping the company return to growth.
It has also reorganised the structure of the business into two distinct units, which will underpin stronger momentum in the coming years. For 2018, Reckitt Benckiser is now expecting to deliver revenue growth of between 13 and 14 percent.
