INC Research/inVentiv Health has announced a change in its brand identity, with the company to unify its offering under the name Syneos Health.
More than 21,000 clinical and commercial development staff will be brought under the Syneos Health banner, combining industry-leading contract research organisation and contract commercial organisation offerings into a fully integrated, end-to-end biopharmaceutical solutions package.

The company's own branding agency Addison Whitney was employed to create the new identity, building on the business's experience of developing brand identities for half of the top 200 medicines approved and launched in the last decade.
The Syneos name was chosen to communicate the value of synchronising clinical and commercial capabilities to accelerate customer performance, was well as the newness of its approach to problem-solving and delivering biopharmaceutical solutions.
