W has won a new contract with Brightpearl, a provider of retail management systems that is seeking to expand its brand on a global basis.
The firm is seeking to increase engagement with mid-sized UK retailers and has hired W's newly-established W Enterprise division to build awareness and understanding of Brightpearl's business among retail and vertical publications, reports Gorkana.

Additionally, the agency will tell the company's story in the mainstream business press and will create a bespoke press office function to amplify Brightpearl's news, announcements and product launches to ensure they reach the right audience.
Derek O'Carroll, Brightpearl's chief executive, said it has appointed W for this brief due to its strong understanding of which media conversations Brightpearl needs to be part of, and how to achieve this goal.
