Fishawack has announced the appointment of Jenifer Kirkland as the group's new chief financial officer.
Ms Kirkland has previously held positions at Ernst and Young, BT, Pearson and Edif Group, and most recently served as chief financial officer for the life sciences consultancy Kinapse.

She has been appointed to this role for her familiarity with pharmaceutical clients, as well as her experience working with private equity, with Fishawack having recently received an investment from LDC.
In this new role, Ms Kirkland will assume overall responsibility for Fishawack's internal and external financial reporting, and will become part of the agency's board.
Oliver Dennis, chief executive officer of Fishawack, said: "Jenifer's experience and leadership will be invaluable to scaling up our finance function as we set out on our next phase of growth."
She has been appointed as the successor to Dominic Miller, who will take on the role of chief operations officer and pursue further acquisitions for the group in the US and Europe.
